Position Summary:
The main objective of the Cargo Wise Functional Consultant is to enhance the implementation, integration, and usage of the Cargo Wise system among Summit Edge’s clients.
The ideal candidate will collaborate with clients in their initial system implementations and configurations, while improving processes to boost productivity and operational efficiency. Additionally, they will be in charge of creating and conducting training sessions for client staff and on-going support.
This is a remote position, but it may require flexible working hours that overlap US times to accommodate client requirements.
Qualifications / Requirements:
- Expert in Cargo Wise and related systems (10 years of experience is required)
- Cargo Wise Certified Professional (CCP) required
- Requires a solid comprehension of Cargowise e Adaptor integration with other enterprise applications such as ERP, CRM, and other logistics software.
- Must possess the capability to create, record, execute, and educate on new processes for process enhancement.
- Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
- Capable of prioritizing multiple tasks
- Skilled in resolving conflicts effectively
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities (English proficiency required)
- Proficient in MS Office applications for report preparation and presentations
- A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience is highly desirable
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Collaborate with clients in their initial system implementations and configurations, while improving processes through alignment and enhancements.
- Aid in documenting all system process and data requirements for seamless electronic systems integration
- Create end-user training content and conduct training sessions.
- Assist IT Managed Services team in creating new service offerings.
- Provide support as required.
- Establish professional relationships with management and support personnel.
- Organize routine training sessions with staff to review existing and new Cargo Wise functionality.
- Perform additional duties and fulfill tasks as instructed by the Manager.
