Designation: Manager Saa S (Cloud) Operations

Roles & Responsibilities:
Work with a team of talented Dev Ops and Saa S operations engineers and architects to deliver Sycamore Saa S product offerings to our Bio-Pharma customers. Specific roles and responsibilities include:
- Implement Saa S Operations teams directions, goals and deliverables as determined by Sycamore Leadership
- Ensure smooth operations of Sycamore Saa S products
- Drive critical processes in Saa S Operations such as Change Control, Problem & Incident Management, and Reporting as well as key tools for Monitoring & Alerting
- Coordinate focus groups across all teams on process improvements and technical improvements that lead to better stability and reliability
- Drive Disaster Recovery and failover procedures, training, testing, and team readiness
- Provide the management of incident-related communications
- Help meet Saa S Operations Budget and KPI reporting
- Ensure continuous improvements in Saa S Operations by developing platform services and tooling to for modern cloud operations including metrics monitoring, CI/CD pipelines to name a few improving automation of provisioning, deployment, monitoring, alerting and escalation riving improvements to all Dev Ops processes Customer Contact for SAAS Platform ( Infra)
- Good Communication (Writing documents , Mail, meetings, presentations, Documentation, Internal communication
- Ability to handle critical issues and take decisions when needed.
- High Customer satisfaction wrt SLA and SLO
- Ensure Security in operations by implementing best in class recommendations for secure operations representing operations in Info Sec meetings and develop and drive secure procedures help obtain and maintain various certifications
- Lead a high-performance Cloud/Saa S delivery team by reviewing team performance, quality reviews, manage operations and operational issues.
- Establish a culture of high performance, ownership, delivery focus and continuous improvement
Required Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in Engineering, IT, IS or related fields
- Strong knowledge of Operations, Dev Ops, Development SDLC
- Understanding and Familiarity with Cloud/Saa S technologies
- Strong Linux and windows troubleshooting stills.
- Strong knowledge on AWS platform
- Strong at Customer handling
Desired Experience:
- Exceptional project management and organization skills
- Experience in development, IT in Pharma and/or Healthcare
- Familiarity with clinical development, programs and policies
Education Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Math or any other numerical discipline with an MS degree being a plus.
Professional Qualification/certification:
AWS Solution Architect, ITIL, Linux certification
