About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Service Now Senior Developer / Tech Expert / Lead with deep hands-on experience in Customer Service Management (CSM) and Portal Development. This is a fully remote role supporting a strategic digital transformation initiative, where you'll work alongside a globally distributed team of developers, architects, and product owners.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and ensure quality development of Service Now solutions within agile teams.
  • Implement enhancements identified during UAT and propose improvements to existing designs.
  • Deliver complex Service Now implementations including:
  • Core platform modules (case, incident, request management)
  • CSM portal development and enhancements (UI, service catalog)
  • Integration with third-party tools using scripted APIs and Integration Hub
  • Data modeling and management (CSDM)
  • Collaborate with architects and technical leads to ensure best practices in solution design and delivery.
  • Translate user stories into efficient Service Now features, minimizing customizations.
  • Maintain code versioning and contribute to release management strategy.
  • Write clear specifications, design documentation, and troubleshooting guides.


Required Skills:

  • 8+ years of experience in Service Now CSM and Portal development.
  • Strong expertise in:
  • Workspaces, UI Builder, Flow Designer
  • Front-end development for Service Now portals (e.g., Employee Center, Customer Portal)
  • Portal customization and management
  • Integration with 3rd-party applications
  • Service Catalog configuration
  • Agile/SCRUM methodologies
  • ITIL processes
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Experience working in distributed teams and multicultural environments.
  • High accountability, proactivity, and team collaboration.
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written).
