About Role
We are looking for an Senior Associate – CRM Marketing to work alongside Growth managers, CRM operations, and Content teams to enhance our campaign development, execution, and analysis. This role is crucial in ensuring the effectiveness of CRM initiatives and the seamless execution of campaigns.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with growth managers to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns.
- Support the CRM content team by handling email performance requests, conducting HTML/preview tests, and performing secondary research.
- Assist with advanced SQL queries and streamline automation processes.
- Perform quality control and validation of campaign planning and scheduling to ensure error-free execution.
- Develop expertise in email analytics to reduce dependency on the analytics team.
- Develop and maintain user lists for Whats App campaigns and schedule these campaigns considering SMS 360 and SFDC constraints.
- Continuously monitor and analyze active experiments, maintaining dashboards to track performance.
- Assess the impact of scaling successful experiments and conduct detailed data analysis to generate insights for future experiments.
- Ensure accurate user base comparisons for experiment go-lives and conduct extensive preview testing to avoid post-launch glitches.
- Assist in content DE builds.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably with a focus on CRM and growth.
- Hands-on experience with SQL and email marketing platforms like SFMC/ SFDC.
- Proficiency in HTML for email marketing and experience with preview testing.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct data analysis and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent project management skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
- Familiarity with Email & Whats App campaign management and user list creation.
- Previous experience in Edtech
