Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical professional who can bridge the gap between business and technology. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in requirement gathering (BRD/FRD), software testing, and data analysis using SQL & Python , with the ability to drive end-to-end project delivery.
️ Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements in the form of BRD (Business Requirements Document) and FRD (Functional Requirements Document)
Translate business needs into functional specifications and actionable technical requirements
Act as a liaison between business teams and development teams to ensure clarity and alignment
Design and execute test cases, test plans, and test scenarios to ensure product quality
Perform manual and/or automation testing , including functional, regression, and UAT support
Write and optimize SQL queries for data validation, analysis, and reporting
Use Python for data analysis, validation, or automation of testing processes
Identify gaps, perform root cause analysis, and ensure defect tracking and resolution
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and support sprint planning, backlog grooming, and releases
Required Skills & Experience
Strong experience in BRD & FRD documentation (understanding business vs functional requirements)
Hands-on experience in Software Testing (Manual/Automation)
Proficiency in SQL (joins, subqueries, data validation)
Working knowledge of Python (data handling, scripting, automation)
Good understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Experience with test automation tools (Selenium, Py Test, etc.)
Exposure to data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
Familiarity with APIs and backend testing
Experience working in product-based or data-driven environments
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
