the marketplace. Learn more at: https://www.https://www.gyproc.in/Job Purpose: This role is responsible for retaining and garnering market share in the Plasters boards business based at Bangalore. Ensuring awareness among our customers with promotional activities & loyalty program. Expanding customer base with new Key Accounts in new territories and ensuring statutory compliance for smooth functioning of daily business. Principal Accountabilities: Achieve sales target:
Responsible for project sales business for the assigned territory. Proper forecasting, building up project pipelines, & achievement of sales as well as specification budgets. Business Development:
Identify new opportunities for conversion; convert the identified opportunities into revenue generating business. Key Account management:
Involved in customer initiatives & technical engagement (for selected accounts). Extracting business, delivery and entire process setting up.
Generating & driving specification for our products through Developers, Architects, Clients,
PMCs and Turnkey contractors across the assigned territory as well as for other regions. Market development activities: Identifying and driving business development activities for growth in new products, segments, and applications for the Key accounts. Market Intelligence: Gather information on competition’s activity through legitimate market sources and through information available on public domain to analyse & take steps to increase Saint-Gobain’s Plasters boards market share. Job Knowledge/Work Experience: Experience in sales and marketing of Building Material Industry or related segments (same target customer).
Experience in handling key accounts including architects. Skillsets:

Strong knowledge on subjects such as engineering drawings, project management, sustainability. Years of experience : 3 to 8 years Education (Preferred Degree):
BE (Mech / Civil / Electrical) or equivalent PG: MBA will be an advantage.
