Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Merchant at Fay Wear Pvt. Ltd located in Gurugram. The Assistant Merchant will be responsible for supporting the Merchant team in managing product development and sourcing, and ensuring that products meet quality standards. The Assistant Merchant will also assist in coordinating with vendors and factories, managing product data and samples, and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Worked in the fashion Industry
• Demonstrated experience in a Merchandising or Product Development role
• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
• A solid understanding of product development, sourcing, and manufacturing processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and excel
• Ability to function well in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
