Job Description:
Roles & Responsibilities:
Facilitate the creation of Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders within Coupa.
Manage order receipt, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
Work closely with the infrastructure team to coordinate procurement needs and resolve order related issues.
Maintain vendor relationships by addressing order discrepancies and ensuring seamless transactions.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
Lead procurement administration efforts, with a strong focus on Coupa.
Partner with Legal and Security teams during new vendor onboarding to ensure business requirements are met from the outset.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 3+ years of experience in a Procurement function.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to develop and implement efficient procurement solutions.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to operate independently.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to articulate contractual, technical, financial and value points. Self-directed and self-motivated; excellent communicator and ability to build trust with both internal and external stakeholders.
