Your area of work:
As part of the Identity and Access Management (IAM) team, you will be responsible for the support of our IAM Solution Sail Point Identity IQ (IIQ) and Role Management Solution Nexis (Nexis 4). IAM Support serves as the dedicated second-level backbone for all Identity and Access Management inquiries. By consolidating expertise within a single team, requests can efficiently handle related to standard IAM processes, role configurations, So D configurations, and audit requirements. The ticket-based approach ensures full traceability and timely resolution, delivering reliability and confidence across the organization.
Your Responsibilities:
Management of the second-level IAM support requests, to ensure timely responses and solutions.
Support in solving So D conflicts in one or the other way in collaboration with the conflict owner, application owners and business owners.
Definition, documentation and optimization of the Segregation of Duties (So D) onboarding process.
Support of creating authorization concepts for applications and infrastructure including the So D tagging of roles
Workflow enhancements in central access governance solution.
Collaborate with support teams and client stakeholders for issue resolution and requirement clarification.
Ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Escalate critical issues or recurring trends as needed.
Your Profile:
Bachelor/Master degree in Information Technology, Management and Engineering, Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum of 13 years’ experience in Identity and Access management projects or practical experience.
Experience with Sailpoint Identity IQ and Nexis.
Experience in Segregation of Duties (So D) and financial regulatory requirements like DORA and Ma Risk.
Basic knowledge of Open DJ/LDAP/AD.
Experience in test management would be an advantage.
Experience in Cyber Ark.
Solid handling of MS Office applications.
Proactive thinking and self-paced work on solutions is desired.
Fluent in English. German would be an added advantage.
Optional: CISSP, CISM or comparable certifications.
Strong, proven analytic and problem-solving skills.
Good presentation and documentation skill.
