Who We’re Looking For:
We’re hiring an Associate Creative Strategist with at least 1 year of hands on experience in content creation, video production, or performance creatives.
You should already know how social media works.
Role & Responsibilities:
• Translate brand briefs into strong social media video concepts
• Write scroll stopping scripts designed for performance
• Create clear storyboards and execution plans before shoot
• Direct creators and actors on dialogue delivery, tone, and expressions
• Guide the DOP to capture visuals aligned with the storyboard
• Collaborate with editors to ensure storytelling and pacing are intact in post
• Be present on shoot days and ensure creative quality control
• Understand what makes a video convert, not just look good
What You Must Have:
• Minimum 1 year experience in content, ads, or video production
• Strong understanding of social media formats and trends
• Ability to think in hooks, problem solution angles, and user psychology
• Basic understanding of performance metrics like CTR, hook rate, retention
• Confidence in communicating with creators, editors, and production team
• Based in Delhi NCR
