We, at Ambuja Neotia are hiring for the position of Electrical Planning Engineer to join our team in Kolkata. This role involves planning and overseeing the electrical systems for various real estate projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering with experience in the real estate sector, excellent project management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments. Job Roles & Responsibilities:- Candidate should be responsible for looking of electrical planning and design & review of Hospitality project (like 5 start rated Hotel).
- Co-ordination with MEP / ID team for space planning, finalization of substation area etc.
- Co-ordination with electrical consultant for finalization of SLD / electrical drawings for execution purpose.
- Ability of budget preparation, control, value engineering as per the project condition.
- Preparation of BOQ & BOM for electrical item.
- Need to site visit as per requirement to review / audit the work quality.
- Candidate should able to review the DBR & layout for electrical discipline
- Candidate should able looking after the drawing, design review/ coordination with MEP team as well as electrical consultant of hotel project and Ready to Release GFC for respective project. Preferred Qualification:
