Business analyst Remote Night shift ( PST Time: 9 PM to 6 AM OR 10 PM- 7 AM ) Required Qualifications: 8+ years of experience in a Business Analyst or similar role within a tech-driven environment.

Strong expertise in Agile development processes and tools such as Jira, Confluence, and SQL.

Experience breaking down complex technical requirements into well-structured tickets with clear acceptance criteria.

Martech Experience required for this role Marketing Technology experience required for this role Proven ability to collaborate with Engineering, QA, and Product teams in a high-speed, iterative environment.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical details for non-technical stakeholders.

Experience in writing test cases and performing QA validation.
