Job description
We are seeking a skilled IT Analyst to join our dynamic team The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in IT and Procurement practices with the ability to bridge the gap between business needs and MSP solutions The IT Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business needs and describing the needs to assist in the design and development of MSP strategies for the companys needs This role involves working closely with various departments to manage and monitor our MSP performance
Key responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into commercial agreements
Analyze and document business processes identifying areas for improvement
Work with IT teams to design develop and implement IT solutions that meet business requirements maximizing business value aligned with our competitive performance priorities
Provide training and support to endusers on how our commercial agreements work
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in how to leverage our managed service providers
Required Qualification
Bachelors degree in Information Technology Business Administration or a related field
Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst or in a similar role
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Preferred Qualification
Experience with project management methodologies
Certification in business analysis eg CBAP CCBA
