As a Business Analyst, you'll work with the brightest minds in the business and find yourself digging deep to find the solutions to help people live healthier lives. You'll be responsible for analyzing, reviewing, and ensuring quality reporting on regular operational reporting to communicate data for business planning to impact the healthcare system. Candidates for this role will be curious, logical and analytical thinkers.

Primary Responsibilities:
Analyze client requirements and complex business scenarios
Design innovative, analytical, and fully automated products and solutions
Act as BI Developer to execute key projects and deliverables
Ensure high quality and flawless execution of products
Provide consulting to teammates, leaders, and clients
Support short- and long-term operational/strategic business activities through analysis
Develop, recommend, and implement business solutions through research and analysis of data and business processes
Coordinate, produce, and partner with business partners to support scheduled operational reports relating to the development and performance of products, processes, and technologies
Stakeholders management: Know your stakeholders, able to collaborate independently to capture requirements and deliver expected outputs (Self and Team). Able to provide regular updates to stakeholders (Internal and external both)
Documentation: Should have solid documentation skills required for understanding and gathering Business requirements
Focused on the task given and able to complete with accuracy within the TAT while paying attention to details
Shift Timings: Day/Evening (comfortable working in shifts basis the client requirement)
These resources will be supporting business for the following type of dashboard:
Executive
Operational
Product
KPI Dashboard and Materials
Client Contractual and Regulatory Reporting

Qualifications - External
Required Qualifications:
Overall 7+ Years of experience in related fields
5+ years of experience in business or financial analysis using MS Excel, VBA (Advanced Excel)
3+ years of experience in SQL/Snowflake
4+ years of experience in BI Tools Power BI
Proven good-to-know Azure Fundamentals or Python
Proven good to know about DBT
Solid verbal and written Communication Skills
Solid attention to detail
Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and in a team environment
Advanced Excel (Expert in formulas, Pivot tables, Charts, Power Query)
Working knowledge of relational databases, and database structures; advanced SQL (Able to write SQL queries to fetch data from the server, dynamic/nested queries, Joins, able to create tables, views)
VBA (Application of Loops, functions, Declaration of variables, Record macro and edit, writing codes)
Business intelligence tools (Power BI/ Tableau) to create a visualization from a given dataset
Data analytical skills: Expert in dealing with large datasets with ease and callout inferences/queries in the desired format (Covering regular + Adhoc reports)
Power Point point: Ability to create decks for leadership, Status updates on projects or given tasks, and team performance
