About the Role — Business Development & Sales (Enterprise)
We are looking for Business Development and Sales Executives who can combine business strategy, sales execution, and client problem-solving.
You will work closely with founders, clients, and internal teams to understand challenges, design solutions, and drive revenue across technology services and AI products.
This role provides exposure to B2 B environments across Saa S, HRTech, Ed Tech, and technology services, contributing to client acquisition, deal closures, and go-to-market execution.
High performers may get opportunities to represent the company at international events and enterprise meetings across global markets.
Key Responsibilities
Understand client business, hiring, or technology challenges and propose solutions
Translate requirements into structured solution approaches
Manage and support sales pipelines from discovery to closure
Build proposals, pricing strategies, and business cases.
Collaborate with product, tech, and delivery teams
Contribute to revenue generation across domestic and global markets
Who This Role Is For
Experience in sales, business development, consulting, or GTM roles
Strong communication, listening, and analytical skills
Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with ownership
Experience in client interactions, negotiations, and deal closures
