Hiring: Lead Business Systems Analyst – ERP (Record-to-Report)
We are looking for a highly experienced Lead Business Systems Analyst / Product Owner with deep expertise in Record-to-Report (R2 R) and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) to join our Enterprise Solutions team.

Role Overview
This is a hybrid Business Systems Analyst + Product Owner role responsible for driving system enhancements, optimizing financial processes, and ensuring stability of global financial systems. You will partner with Finance, Accounting, and IT teams to deliver scalable, compliant, and high-performing ERP solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Product Ownership & Strategy
• Own D365 F&O product vision, roadmap, and backlog for R2 R
• Translate business needs into user stories and release plans
• Act as a bridge between Finance, IT, and development teams
Functional Expertise (R2 R)
• SME in General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Intercompany, Consolidations, Financial Reporting
• Lead requirement gathering, process design, and solutioning
Production Support & Operations
• Handle incident triage, root cause analysis, and issue resolution
• Support month-end and year-end close cycles
Enhancements & Integrations
• Drive ERP enhancements, integrations, and release management
• Ensure seamless data flow across upstream/downstream systems
Continuous Improvement
• Identify automation opportunities and optimize finance processes
• Leverage tools like Power BI, Black Line, and Service Now
Compliance & Controls
• Ensure adherence to GAAP / IFRS and audit requirements
• Support audit activities and maintain system integrity
Testing & Change Management
• Lead UAT, regression testing, and deployment support
• Drive user adoption through training and documentation
Leadership
• Mentor junior analysts and collaborate with global stakeholders
• Act as a trusted advisor to Finance leadership

• Strong experience in D365 Finance & Operations (F&O)
• Deep expertise in R2 R processes
• Product Owner / Agile experience (backlog, user stories, sprint planning)
• Experience in ERP support, enhancements, and integrations
• Strong understanding of GAAP / IFRS

• Power BI, Black Line, Service Now exposure
• ITIL process knowledge
• Azure Dev Ops / Agile delivery experience
• Experience in global ERP implementations
