We’re Hiring: Clinical Counsellors (3 Positions)
At DHI, we believe every patient journey should begin with trust, empathy, and informed medical guidance.
We are looking for medically qualified professionals who can confidently interact with patient enquiries, provide initial guidance, and help patients feel reassured and informed throughout their consultation journey.
Key Responsibilities
Speak with patient enquiries and provide initial medical guidance
Coordinate consultations and follow-ups
Help patients understand obesity and lifestyle management pathways
Work closely with doctors and internal teams to ensure a seamless patient experience
Maintain professional patient communication and CRM records
Who We’re Looking For
Candidates with BHMS, BAMS, BDS, BPT, Nursing, or allied healthcare backgrounds
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent and confident over calls and patient interactions
Empathetic, well-groomed, and highly professional personality
Multilingual candidates preferred — Gujarati, Marathi, and Hindi are an added advantage
Added Advantages
Experience in aesthetic, dental, dermatology, wellness, slimming, or healthcare clinics
Experience handling patient counselling, enquiries, or walk-in consultations
Salary
Competitive and based on experience.
