Job Description :
This role will help oversee cloud services optimization and security, coordinating cross teams to enhance infrastructure efficiency and integrity, while managing compliance, disaster recovery, and cloud security.
Responsibilities :
- Consistently hit quarterly Big 3 goals while embodying our CARE values.
- Configure cloud services for maximum security and constantly look for opportunities to decrease the surface area of attack.
- Manage Azure Defender services and maintain a healthy security score across the board.
- Manage and configure Azure cloud environment services including but not limited to App Services, Database, Storage accounts, Azure functions, etc.
- Automate and optimize cloud services and processes.
- Manage and configure Web application firewall and Front Door services for security
- Partner with development and other teams to debug issues related to cloud infrastructure and bring them to resolution.
- Manage and configure VPN services.
- Help set up and manage a secure remote workstation system.
- Ability to think logically and strategically to implement infrastructure initiatives throughout the organization.
- Manage Azure Dev Ops for best optimization.
- Manage Thrive Pass' infrastructure for performance and cost optimization.
- Ensure that Thrive Pass' infrastructure is compliant with all necessary security frameworks, do a gap analysis, and prepare a plan for correction, and implementation.
- Configure and manage backups of all services as per Thrive Pass' policies.
- Manage and set up Azure Sentinel/SIEM tools for security monitoring.
- Ensure that Thrive Pass' infrastructure has maximum availability and is optimized for disaster management.
- Manage infrastructure alerts so that appropriate parties are notified of any outages/performance issues.
- Help conduct disaster management activities.
- Expert in juggling various priorities and always providing clarity on what should be prioritized.
- Extensive experience with the design and implementation of web applications.
- Zeal to learn and keep updating self-knowledge to benefit the profile.
- Manage and configure Azure B2 C environment.
Requirements :
- 3-5 years experience in a similar position doing these responsibilities.
- Bachelor or Masters in Computer Science/IT or similar field.
- Cloud certifications are a plus.
- Fluency in spoken English can communicate with the US team regularly.
- Extremely organized.
