About the job:

This is for a community management role.The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and engaging with the organization's online community in a way which builds brand awareness.They will work cross functionally with internal partners to understand business objectives in order to communicate effectively with customers. 

The entire organisation is based on products that are related to the stock market. You will be conversing in communities where topics related to stock markets and trading are discussed in detail.

It is advisable that you have already traded in the stock market before.

 

Responsibilities
Be able to develop and sustain positive relationships with clients (new as well as existing).
Manage space, member invoices and issues faced by the Members
Develop networking initiatives, social events and local partnerships to achieve organizational goals and retention of clients.
Research industry trends and find creative avenues to engage audiences



Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in English and Hindi
