What you’ll do & how you’ll make your mark.• Review and analyse online payments.• Verify documents received as proof of payments and account ownership.• Processing Domain Arbitration cases.• Resolving Domain name ownership disputes.• Monitor resource utilization of products and services.• Daily operations involving documentation.• Ensuring adherence to ICANN guidelines.• ICANN accreditation for new Registrars.• Registrar liaison and handling operational tasks.• Setting up and managing Registrar Escrow Deposits.
Who you are & what you’ll need to succeed.• Experience: 2+years in Risk Assessment, Payment Gateway Support, Customer Service, orsimilar capacity, preferably on an IT platform.• Educational Qualifications: Graduate from any stream.
Preferably Commerce, Engineering,or BSC (IT or Computers).• Impeccable communication skills.• Good working knowledge of computers and the Internet; strong ability to develop new skills.• Proficient in Ms.
Excel and Ms.
Word.• Logical and analytical thought process.• Avid internet user.• Good investigative skills and strong attention to detail.• Highly motivated and energetic team player, with excellent interpersonal skills.
Must bewilling to work in Shifts.
