Determine with leadership critical moments to acquire and dedicate team resources to particular system reliability areas, be they overall infrastructure or specific application basedRateGain is looking to fill a role of Sr - DevOps with us in NoidaJob Functions· Transition engineering team distributed devops practices into a dedicated devops discipline· Design, write, and deliver software or acquire tools to support and improve the availability, scalability, reliability, resiliency, monitoring, alerting, latency and efficiency of Adara’s data and marketing platforms· Deep Expertise in cloud platforms is must, GCP preferred· Manage and improve workflow in development processes, ensure adoption and conformity across development teams, and document clearly for organizational understanding Work as part of a team serving multiple stakeholders, balancing priorities while communicating status with internal customers· Adhere to SLAs, system deployment, performance tuning and execute troubleshooting as needed· Develop process specifications and plans for compliant access, configuration, disaster recovery and fault handling of critical paths of DevOps services.· Responsible for continuously improving the DevOps capabilities in efficiency, cost, quality, security, etc.· Build and manage a Global SRE team as business grows, including new talent training, system operation/maintenance/coordination and team culture building· Leadership in security standing, adapting practices to compliance requirements, and access management in development contexts of engineering team· Develop automation, data visualization and automated monitoring processes to facilitate the optimization in all steps of the Devops CI/CD lifecycle· Manage coverage models to respond to performance and reliability issues, and establish best practices for coordinating escalation to resolve issues and minimize downtime.· Enhance monitoring, alerting and response framework for production systems· Lead provisioning automation and infrastructure as code efforts in Terraform· Collaborating with the entire engineering team to combine software code and systems knowledge to ensure that Adara’s production processes are reliable, fault-tolerant, efficiently scalable and cost-effective.· Participate in weekly sprint ceremonies and agile processes as an active member of platform engineering team, and responsively integrate with teams that have SRE tasks for a given sprint(s)· Engage in service capacity planning, demand forecasting, software performance analysis, and system tuning
