Role Description

In short, the role is two folds:

Part 1:
advise and consult clients around how best to replicate their existing processes on the tool. Guide them on improving their reward practices and make it more fair, unbiased and world-class

Part 2:
closely shape the product roadmap along with the founders based on users' feedback


This is a full-time on-site role as a Rewards Specialist at Comp Up. As a Rewards Specialist, you will be responsible for advising and consulting Comp Up clients about solutioning the product to best match their requirements and processes. This includes understanding their existing rewards policy and structure, the current process of their merit increments, and rewards philosophy. You will then work closely with the product and tech team to emulate the client's process on Comp Up. You will be supported by a CSM to do all the heavy lifting and coordination with Po C.


Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in compensation management or consulting around rewards
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills
  • Knowledge of compensation best practices and regulations
  • Ability to conduct market research and analysis
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in compensation software and tools
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • MBA/ Diploma from top-tier Management Institute
