Graduate with 15 to 18 yearsexperience in recruiting personnel with Management Qualification such as MBAMPM or minimum 10 years of experience in recruitments.

Responsible for white and blue collar recruitment.

Updatingdesigning of Job Descriptions.

Coordinating with the recruitment agenciesplacements for the required positions.

Should be well versed with the Naukri Portal usage which includes the posting and screening of the received profiles.

Apart from the Naukri Portal should have experience in working with other job portals too.

Linked usage experience may add value good contact with local industrial areas for reference purpose social medias consultants and should be well versed with walkin interviewsfairs within budgetary cost.

Provide replacement at short notice.

Should possess good interviewing skills with good communication and presentation.

Should be well versed with the email communication prior to the recruitment and after the recruitment is closednot selected with the consultantscandidates.

Permanent vacancy with expected association of five years.

Age around 35 years.
