Job Description :
We are hiring an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Lead with deep domain expertise in the hire-to-retire lifecycle and strong functional knowledge in OTL (Oracle Time and Labor), Benefits, Talent Management, and US Payroll modules.
The ideal candidate will have led multiple end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementations and will play a pivotal role in client engagements, driving business requirement workshops, solution design, configuration, testing, and successful go-lives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead end-to-end implementation and support projects in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud, focusing on OTL, Benefits, Talent Management, and US Payroll.
- Conduct requirement gathering sessions, lead design workshops, define configurations, manage testing phases (SIT/UAT), and support go-live and post-go-live activities.
- Provide functional expertise across HCM business processes and demonstrate understanding of data flow across modules.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring delivery excellence and high-quality stakeholder communication.
- Mentor and guide junior consultants, handle task allocation, track progress, and report to the Project Manager.
- Assist in identifying, analyzing, and resolving complex functional issues to meet customer expectations.
- Contribute to engagement delivery with a focus on continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and client relationship management.
- Document solution designs, functional specifications, and configuration guides.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
- 8+ years of experience in HCM domain with expertise across the full hire-to-retire cycle.
- Minimum 4 end-to-end Oracle HCM implementations, with at least 2 on Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud.
- Expert-level knowledge and hands-on experience in OTL, Benefits, Talent Management, and US Payroll modules.
- Strong understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud business processes and integration touchpoints.
- Proven experience in client-facing roles with involvement in workshops, solutioning, configuration, and deployment.
- Demonstrated leadership in planning, delegation, mentorship, and task tracking.
- Willingness to travel domestically or internationally, both short-term and long-term as required.
- Oracle HCM Cloud certifications in relevant modules.
- Exposure to Oracle integration tools and reports (e.g., OTBI, HDL, HSDL).
- Experience with Agile/Hybrid implementation methodologies.
