Oracle HCM Functional Consultant (Time & Labor)

Valueverse Consulting is seeking a seasoned Oracle HCM Functional Consultant with expertise in Oracle Time & Labor. If you have proven implementation experience, working knowledge of Fast Formulas, and strong client-handling skills, we’d love to hear from you!

Position : Oracle HCM Functional Consultant (Time & Labor Specialist)
Experience : 4-6 years in Oracle HCM with a focus on Time & Labor
Availability : Immediate joiners preferred

Key Responsibilities :
Implementation Expertise : Lead or contribute to at least two end-to-end Oracle Fusion Time & Labor implementations.
Configuration & Customization : Configure and adapt Time & Labor modules to meet business and operational needs.
Fast Formulas : Apply working knowledge of Fast Formulas to create and manage time calculations.
Client Collaboration : Interact with clients to gather requirements, offer solutions, and ensure satisfaction.
Post-Go-Live Support : Provide continued support to refine and optimize the Time & Labor processes for peak performance.

Ideal Candidate Profile :
Experience : 4-6 years of relevant experience in Oracle HCM, specializing in Time & Labor.
Implementation Track Record : Successfully completed at least two full-cycle Oracle Fusion Time & Labor implementations.
Technical Skills : Understanding and hands-on experience with Fast Formulas.
Communication Skills : Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to handle clients effectively.
Flexibility : Willingness to travel onsite as needed for project requirements.
