Key Responsibilities
● Conceptualize and develop original ideas from scratch
● Write clear, original & compelling copy for social media creatives
● Script engaging content including 3 D walkthroughs, teasers, and brand videos
● Ideate and execute both short-form and long-form video content
● Leverage social trends, memes, and pop culture to build relevant brand narratives
● Collaborate closely with design, video, and 3 D teams to bring concepts to life
● Contribute to brainstorming sessions, campaign pitches, and creative ideation
● Develop clear, engaging website content aligned with the brand voice
● Adapt tone and messaging across different audiences and product categories
● Ensure consistency in brand voice across all communication touchpoints
Requirements
● Strong portfolio showcasing work across Real Estate and Saa S products
● Proven experience in digital campaigns, scripting, and social content creation
● Strong understanding of both long-form and short-form content formats
● Ability to think concept-first and execute quickly
● Solid understanding of digital-first content and platform-specific writing
● Familiarity with brand guidelines and regulatory compliance requirements
● Basic understanding of camera angles, shot types, and visual storytelling
● Working knowledge of multiple AI tools for content and creative workflows
