Job Objective
Handle the finance function for Ideal Ice Limited , covering accounting, taxation, accounts payable & receivable, statutory audits, treasury, owner management, as well as legal and secretarial matters.

Essential Job Tasks
Review of 200+ bungalow P&Ls as well as Ideal Ice Limited’s P&L, balance sheet and cash flows
Leadership communications to enable decision making and resolve any possible challenges
Drive technological interventions to streamline processes and enhance governance
Be the interface with owners and partners for all financial matters, including management fee receivables and working capital discussions
Act as the custodian of business performance and profitability – for both owners and IHCL
Interface with IHCL hub hotels to ensure highest levels of controls, governance and agility to enable performance for each bungalow owner
Ensure cost control at company and bungalow level while achieving desired margins
Ensure financial prudence and statutory compliance
Interaction with statutory and internal auditors
Ideal Ice book keeping, rolling MIS and concurrent audit
MIS reporting to Corporate and other management requirements
Manage Document Management System for owner-related data and MIS

Required Qualifications & Experience
Qualifications: CA, MBA
Experience: Minimum 10–15 years post-graduation
Preferably in hospitality, real estate or travel sectors
Eligible internal IHCL candidates may also apply
Language Requirements
Multilingual preferred
Excellent written and verbal English communication is mandatory
