Key Responsibilities: Advise students and parents on appropriate courses and study plans for JEE/NEET preparation.
Engage with prospective students via calls, emails, and chats to help them understand course structures and benefits.
Counsel students based on their academic goals, learning preferences, and readiness for competitive exams.
Work closely with the sales team to convert leads into enrolled students.
Assist in addressing student concerns and ensuring a smooth enrollment process.
