Job Description: Position: Credit Manager (Unsecured: BL PL) Grade: Senior Manager CTC: Upto 16 LPA Location: Lucknow Experience: 46 years of experience in Credit Underwriting CA would be preferred.

35 years Responsibilities: Credit Assessment: Evaluate creditworthiness of Business Loan and Personal Loan applicants based on financial documents credit history and risk analysis.

Underwriting: Review loan applications ensuring compliance with lending policies regulatory requirements and internal guidelines.

Decision Making: Make informed decisions on loan approvals rejections or modifications considering factors such as applicant's income debttoincome ratio collateral and credit score.

Risk Management: Identify potential risks associated with loan applications and develop strategies to mitigate them ensuring a balanced loan portfolio.

Client Communication: Communicate credit decisions to applicants and provide explanations for denials or requests for additional information.

Collaboration: Work closely with sales operations and legal teams to streamline the loan approval process and resolve any issues that may arise.

Policy Development: Contribute to the development and refinement of lending policies procedures and credit scoring models to enhance efficiency and risk management.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in finance accounting or related field.

Master's degree preferred.

Proven experience in credit assessment and underwriting specifically in the Business Loan and Personal Loan segment.

Strong understanding of lending principles credit analysis techniques and regulatory requirements.

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and make sound decisions.

Effective communication and negotiation skills with the ability to interact confidently with clients and internal stakeholders.

Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.

Knowledge of industryspecific software and tools used for credit analysis and underwriting.
