About the Role:
We are hiring Customer Support Executives - Voice Process. The role involves handling customer
queries efficiently while delivering excellent service experience.
Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries professionally
Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
Resolve customer issues ensuring high satisfaction
Maintain records of customer interactions in the system
Follow SOPs and company guidelines
Meet performance metrics such as quality, productivity, and CSAT
Escalate complex issues when required
Stay updated with product knowledge and process changes
Maintain data confidentiality and compliance
Collaborate with team members effectively
Handle complaints with empathy and problem-solving skills
Working Details:
5 days working per week- Rotational shifts
2 Rotational weekly offs
No planned leaves for first 3 months
Compensation :
CTC- 19 K
