Reactive Tickets -actions for addressing and closing - Attending calls, emails , phone call, walk in queries.

Aligning respective teams (soft /Technical/Building team) for closure, raising, and closing calls in portal within TAT.

Proactive Tickets - Call raising & closure in portal given by in house team in technical and soft services groups.

Events Support - Booking event venue 18th /19th floor cafeteria/Training Centre, confirming the booking to requestor as per availability.

Aligning IT/core admin/ ground team for setup.

Training Centre/Room - Attending booking request and confirming as per availability.

Updating booking in tracker and preparing weekly training room schedule for circulation to corresponding teams.

Standees placement - Attending booking request and confirming as per availability.

Updating booking in tracker and preparing weekly booking status schedule for circulation to other teams.

Key Management - Attending request for unlock pedestal, new key request against lost key as per process, coordination with key vendor and process bill and maintain tracker.

Meeting room bookings - Tracking of meeting team assignment for longer period.

Processing meeting room defaulter list by sending mails to defaulters and maintaining the tracker.

Recreation room inventory - Maintaining inventory, ensuring the repairing and maintenance of all games.

Biomedical Waste - Vendor coordination for pickup of Bio Medical Waste, maintaining disposal documentation, maintaining the monthly tracker.

New Joinee desk Preparation - New joinee desk preparation (Cleaning /decorating / Joining kit & name plate printing), updating occupancy data.

Data Update (ERT/Emergency contact list/Extension List/ DA & EA List)- Update List as per changes, Printing of ERT list as per format for display on every floor.

Water Bottle Inventory - Stock maintaining in tracker and placing the order with concern team.

GFO events support - Support client for all GFO events as and when required.

Medical support- Coordinating for any medical emergency to align the doctor and informing all the concern teams & coordination with hospital casualty team in-case of outdoor treatment.

Helpdesk Data - Facilitating data for MMR, QBR, HBR and ABR.

Happy Feet - Maintain stock inventory, provide amenities to expected mothers as per BHR request maintain tracker.

Handling of Terrace Garden Fruits and Distribution data - Connect with in house Gardner for papaya & other fruits & vegetables and take support from HK team for packing and send it to SLT members.

Support for meeting room booking - Blocking the meeting room for SLT members/employees/internal team members as per requirement.

Cookies Inventory - Maintaining cookies Stock and placing the order with concerned team.
