Work with business teams to understand the business context, formulate and execute appropriate repeatable analytical framework to address the business situation. Independently manage end to end partner communication.1. MIS, Reporting, Data Management, Analysis and InsightsNeed exposure to all aspects of data from data extraction from various sources, building complex logic based on business requirements, develop and rollout dashboards and reports with appropriate data quality checks. Create compelling storytelling , data visualization to highlight analysis and insights. Skills in PowerPoint preparations for partners and internal review meetings. Ability to manage & develop analytic solutions in partnership with business teams. Measure & Own the business impact of work, Set and manage partner expectations, Manage timeliness around project priorities Improves business processes to drive efficiencies, focus on automation using new technologies Is able to coach/ mentor junior team members on theory/ practical applications of relevant tools & techniques2.
