We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst with 2+ years of experience to join our growing analytics team. The ideal candidate will transform raw data into actionable insights that drive business strategy across sales, production, operations, and finance.
Perform deep data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and growth opportunities
Build and maintain dashboards in Excel / Google Sheets / Power BI
Analyse data across Sales, Production, Operations, Finance
Improve data accuracy, structure, and standardization across teams
Work closely with India and US teams for data consolidation and insights
Develop forecasting models, cost analysis, and performance trackers
Ensure strong data governance, validation, and hygiene
2+ years of experience in Data Analytics
~ Strong skills in Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI (or any BI tool)
~ Experience in manufacturing, exports, or jewellery industry is a plus.
