Job Description : Data Engineer Position Overview : We are seeking a skilled Data Engineer with expertise in designing and implementing robust data pipelines for analytics and reporting.

The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in data warehousing, cloud platforms, and ETL/ELT processes, coupled with the ability to handle critical data challenges and deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities : - Architect, design, document, and implement data pipelines using dbt and Apache Airflow to feed Snowflake data models.

- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and readiness for analytical dashboards and reporting.

- Monitor and resolve technical challenges in real-time critical scenarios.

- Evaluate and present technical solutions, MVPs, or Po Cs to support ongoing research.

- Collaborate with external stakeholders to address data and security trends.

- Review technical team members' work, providing constructive feedback for growth.

- Implement data performance and security policies aligned with governance and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications : Education : Bachelor's degree in information science, data management, computer science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience : 5 years in IT with a focus on data warehouse/database projects.

Required Skills : - Proficiency in dbt, Apache Airflow, and Snowflake.

- Hands-on experience with data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Oracle, SQL Server).

- Advanced SQL skills, including stored procedures, functions, and ETL/ELT processes.

- Expertise in SCD, CDC, DQ/DV frameworks, and job orchestration tools.

- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and programming (Python, Power Shell).

Additional Skills : - Familiarity with financial modeling, forecasting, and decision-making processes.

- Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) experience with cross-functional teams.

- Strong written and oral communication skills to present architecture and solutions.

Preferred Skills : - Experience in database performance optimization and security policies.

- Knowledge of version control systems like Git Hub and Bitbucket.
