About the Role:
We seek a skilled and detail-oriented Database Administrator (DBA) to join our growing team at John Turing Watson Software Solutions Pvt Ltd. As a DBA, you will manage, maintain, and optimize our databases to ensure high performance, security, and availability. You will work closely with our development, IT, and security teams to support business operations and data-driven decision-making. Experience should be more than 5 years.
Key Responsibilities:
✅Manage database changes and re-designs
✅Analyze database issues and troubleshoot or configure the database accordingly
✅Drive automation of code
✅Monitor database performance to ensure high levels of security and speed
Qualifications:
✅Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Technology, or a related field of study
✅Proven knowledge of SQL Servers
✅Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
