Hands-on execution of Aerostructures composite/Metallic Fuselage concessions.2.
In depth Knowledge/work experience on drawing reading.3.
In depth Knowledge/work experience on Customer concession Methods & Process.4.
Good understanding of Stress requirements.5.
Good Verbal and written English skills.6.
In depth knowledge of Design solution to clear the non-conformance in the Customer methods & program.7.
In depth tool Knowledge/Handson execution on Autocad, Catia, SAP, DPDS, Zamiz /AIRINA, VPM/PDM. 8.
Worked on the Design Assessment/Validation for Aircraft Fuselage components concessions.9. Work experience on the Design Assessment/Validation of fuselage concessions (composite/metallic).
Fuselage components include skin, stringers, frames, center wing box, central/nose fuselage, air inlet, keel beam and assembly10. Understand the standards and working procedures applicable in concessions.11.
Identify the non conformance of concessions from design point of view and to solve the same.12.
Good understanding of Aero standards (SRM/ASR) of working procedures applicable in fuselage concessions13.
Coordinate with stress assessment team for design solution verifications.14.
Supporting ongoing continuous improvement initiatives to increase team Efficiency through methods, process and other capability improvements.15.
Ability to understand Load path on Wing/fuselage structure.16.
Having knowledge on Primary and Secondary Structures of Aircraft.
17. Approved Design Signatory (T200) for Airbus concessions will be an added advantage18. Proficiency on French & German language is an added advantage.19.
Having knowledge of ATA chapter is added skill advantage20. Having knowledge of GT&D is added skill advantage21.
