Team Leader – Operations

Process: International Backend Operations
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team to achieve operational KPIs
Manage day-to-day backend operations ensuring quality, productivity, and SLA adherence
Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and feedback discussions
Analyze reports, identify gaps, and implement corrective action plans
Collaborate with Quality, Training, and Support teams for continuous improvement
Ensure compliance with international client standards and internal policies
Desired Candidate Profile:
Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Team Leader in International Backend Operations
Strong people management and stakeholder handling skills
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
Good communication skills (written & verbal)
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment
Hands-on experience with MIS, reporting, and performance management
