Roles & Responsibilities:
Conduct 1:1 live online classes for students
Teach IGCSE, GCSE, CCS & IB High School curricula
Assist students with assignments and projects, especially in Math
Convert trial classes into paid enrollments
Track and report student progress and feedback

Eligibility:
Availability: Minimum 24 hours a week, 6 days a week

Time Commitment
Tutors are expected to commit to the tutoring schedule that is agreed upon.
There is a minimum requirement of 24 hours per week of tutoring, and flexibility during peak periods (e.g., exam seasons) is appreciated.

Pricing
Day Shift Upto K10 - Rs.350/Per Hour
Night Shift Upto K10 - Rs.450/Per Hour
Day Shift for K11 & K12 - Rs.450/Per Hour
Night Shift for K11 & K12 - Rs.550/Per Hour

Kindly Note: Classes taken from 11pm - 8am is considered as night shift and Classes taken from 8am - 11pm is considered as day shift

Training & Onboarding
You will be required to complete the Mentor Match training program prior to starting any sessions. During this training, you will be introduced to:
Conducting Demo and Paid Classes
The platform (LMS) used for scheduling and managing sessions.
Techniques for effective online teaching and engaging students.
Customer Success reporting requirements, including session feedback and progress reports.
