Identify root causes of equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
Minimize downtime by ensuring quick troubleshooting and repair of breakdowns.
Robotics & Automation: Maintain and troubleshoot robotic arms (ABB, Fanuc, Kuka, etc.) used in press and assembly shops.
Optimize robot programming and ensure proper calibration.
Press Shop & Assembly Line Maintenance: Maintain hydraulic, mechanical, and pneumatic presses used in sheet metal/forming processes.
Monitor and service conveyor systems, welders, and fastening machines in the assembly line.
Implement TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) practices for improving OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness).
Spare Parts & Inventory Management: Ensure the availability of critical spare parts for key equipment.
Work with vendors for spare procurement and cost optimization.
Safety & Compliance: Ensure all maintenance activities comply with ISO 45001, IATF 16949, and safety protocols.
Conduct risk assessments and implement safety improvements.
Continuous Improvement: Drive Kaizen, 5 S, and Lean Manufacturing initiatives.
Improve machine uptime, energy efficiency, and cost reduction through innovative solutions.
