Key Responsibilities : - Strategic Leadership : Oversee the engineering department, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives.

Develop and implement a long-term vision for the engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

- Product Development : Drive the development and maintenance of our AI-powered job platform, leveraging machine learning and data analytics.

Collaborate with product management to define the product roadmap and ensure that the engineering team delivers on time and within budget.

- Team Management : Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing engineering team.

Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and professional growth.

Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, helping them to reach their full potential.
