Responsibilities:
Own and scale Digii’s multi-tenant Saa S architecture to support 10 M+ users.
Ensure high system performance, infrastructure efficiency, and cost optimization.
Lead and mentor a team of 15–20 engineers; drive their growth and delivery.
Build and enhance developer productivity through tools and process improvements.
Deliver critical projects hands-on and lead by example.
Improve SDLC processes, ensuring timely and high-quality releases.
Collaborate with product and design teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Contribute to tech roadmap planning and architectural direction.
Drive hiring, performance management, and team culture.
Communicate technical decisions to stakeholders in simple, clear terms.
Requirements:
7+ years in software development; preferably in scaling Saa S or ERP platforms.
Strong in Java, Spring Boot, My SQL, Kafka/SQS, Redis, and microservices.
Proven experience building systems handling 1 M+ users or 100+ QPS.
Experience mentoring teams and owning delivery for multi-quarter projects.
Strong problem-solving and data-driven decision-making skills.
Experience with React/Angular, cloud infra, and enterprise Saa S is a plus.
Exposure to AI/ML, RAG systems, or AI-driven engineering tools is a bonus.
Hands-on, self-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
