This role plays a pivotal role in managing and analyzing organizational data to support operational efficiency and strategic decision-making.
The control tower associate acts as a bridge between raw data and business intelligence, ensuring that accurate and timely information flows across departments.
What you'll need: Design, generate, and manage daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports for various departments.
Analyze data and provide actionable insights to support strategic decisions.
Maintain dashboards and data trackers to monitor KPIs and performance metrics.
Automate regular reporting processes using Excel macros, Power BI, or other BI tools.
Coordinate with various teams to gather and validate data.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of reports.
Provide ad-hoc reports as required by management.
