About the Role:
We are looking for a Finance Specialist to support the training and evaluation of Large Language Models (LLMs). This role involves applying financial domain expertise to review, validate, and create high-quality content that helps improve AI systems’ understanding of finance-related concepts.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide domain-specific feedback to improve model outputs across areas like accounting, financial analysis, taxation, and markets
Identify systematic errors, biases, and hallucinations in financial outputs and recommend improvements
Design and curate high-quality training datasets , including prompts, responses, and edge-case scenarios
Develop and refine evaluation rubrics and quality frameworks for financial content
Evaluate and benchmark AI-generated financial responses for accuracy, compliance, and logical reasoning
Conduct in-depth research to validate financial data and ensure alignment with real-world financial standards and regulations
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
Strong understanding of core financial concepts (financial statements, valuation, taxation, markets, corporate finance)
Ability to critically evaluate complex financial narratives and data-driven insights
Professional certifications (CA, CPA, CFA, MBA – Finance)
