Job Description:

As Customer Lifecycle Marketing Executive you would own the entire planning and execution of end-to-end lifecycle marketing initiatives, ranging from first click to retention, with the focus of nurturing the entire funnel data right from visitors to customers by creating personalized experiences at each touch-points of the journey.

Your role would involve understanding the different customer journeys, segments, behaviors, insights to devise different campaigns and automations, to enhance the customer experience and drive the revenue growth.

Specific Job Description:

Understand different customer journey stages, develop and execute lifecycle marketing strategies along with marketers, content writers, agencies that increase customer engagement, and revenue.
Collaborate with different teams, including design, content, CRM, customer experience, to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
Create and manage various customer segmentation and targeting strategies to optimize the customer journey to execute personalized marketing campaigns.
Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including promotional campaigns, newsletters and webinars, and triggered messages
Develop and execute Whats App, SMS and Web-push notification campaigns to engage customers across multiple channels.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize results and ROI.
Build and maintain a deep understanding of customer behavior, preferences, and needs to inform the marketing strategy.
Develop and maintain a testing and experimentation framework to continuously improve campaign performance and customer engagement.
Effectively translate data, analytics into clear insights and actionable recommendations
Manage marketing automation and campaigns throughout the customer lifecycle via automation software and other systems
Partner with content, and design teams to drive the development of various communications and digital assets to nurture client relationships and deliver relevant content and offers using various channels.
Identify key, measurable metrics (upsell, re-sell, cross-sell, churn, etc.) for lifecycle campaigns.

Customer Lifecycle Marketing Executive Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or Masters in marketing, business, or related field
Hands-on experience with customer engagement platforms and automation tools in either of these or equivalent platforms like Web Engage, Mo Engage, Clevertap, Marketo, Hub Spot, Lead Squared and Salesforce
2+ years of experience in customer lifecycle marketing or related fields.
Familiarity with website marketing, customer engagement and key performance metrics
Understanding of the digital marketing landscape and a passion for building new & ROI-positive marketing campaigns at scale.
Strong understanding of customer behavior and segmentation.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform decisions.
Experience with A/B testing and experimentation.
Experience with Whats App, SMS, Email and push notification marketing.
Highly computer literate with capability in Email, MS Office or Google Workspace and related business and communication tools.
Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines
