Job Purpose

Responsible for designing, developing, and delivering technical training for teams across functions to help in maximizing employee’s productivity.



Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with operations to identify training and development needs for on-role employees, plan, and deliver quarterly calendar and ad-hoc training round the year
Manage, enhance, and deliver our signature bootcamp training programs for new hires
Identify and develop new learning content in the form of e-learning modules, presentations, and case studies
Monitor training quality and effectiveness and ensure the training program is aligned to the business needs
Maintain and prepare MIS for all trainings conducted; regular stakeholder meetings to apprise them of attendance, coverage, participant’s feedback


Key Competencies
8-10 years of experience in the area Financial Research domain
Core Skills (Required): Thorough understanding of Financial Statements, Company Valuation, Company Profiles, Financial Modelling, Industry Research
Advanced proficiency with MS Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
Outstanding analytical skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with others
Solid decision-making skills
Keen attention to detail
