Job Purpose Responsible for designing, developing, and delivering technical training for teams across functions to help in maximizing employee’s productivity.Key Responsibilities Collaborate with operations to identify training and development needs for on-role employees, plan, and deliver quarterly calendar and ad-hoc training round the yearManage, enhance, and deliver our signature bootcamp training programs for new hiresIdentify and develop new learning content in the form of e-learning modules, presentations, and case studiesMonitor training quality and effectiveness and ensure the training program is aligned to the business needsMaintain and prepare MIS for all trainings conducted; regular stakeholder meetings to apprise them of attendance, coverage, participant’s feedbackKey Competencies 8-10 years of experience in the area Financial Research domainCore Skills (Required): Thorough understanding of Financial Statements, Company Valuation, Company Profiles, Financial Modelling, Industry ResearchAdvanced proficiency with MS Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)Outstanding analytical skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with othersSolid decision-making skillsKeen attention to detail
