Purpose - As a Program Manager, will be managing the program roadmap for the customer of specific segments with respect to liabilities products and other ancillaries. Implementation of the program journey shall be executed primarily through branch channel with collaboration from respective product teams, technology service providers and other support function. In addition to the same, program manager also carries the responsibility to drive profitability of the respective program through continuous evaluation with respect to areas of improvement, innovative income line and scalability.

Managing Program:

· Define program strategy & roadmap for specific customer segments of the bank.

· Design and manage customer value proposition related to key banking products and services

· Design and manage customer lifecycle and journey with the bank to ensure mutually beneficial long term association

· Drive overall income which revolves around growth in Net Interest Income (NII) with respect to liability book growth as well asset, Fee income from third party products and other income line

· Effective management of cost through regular tracking of cost to income; total cost involves fixed cost like branch establishment and manpower along with variable costs.

· Develop sales process and collateral for marketing the program accurately for the desired target segment.

· Define use cases for leveraging the platform for new and on boarded customers via digital channels as well as via partnerships.

· Close coordination with multiple stakeholders like- Product teams, Technology partners, in-house Technology, Digital Solutions, HR, Marketing team, Compliance, Operations and Business teams for driving the end to end customer value management & profitability

· Keeping management updated through competition benchmarking as a continuous process.

· Active participation in designing annual budget and forecast along with business strategy

MBA from Tier 1/Tier 2 college

Work Experience
4-6 years of post MBA experience
Prior experience of developing and managing program in BFSI shall be an added advantage
Prior experience of working on customer value management, process design shall be an added advantage
