Location - Gurgaon
Experience - 4-7 years
Position Reporting to - Product Head - Digital Payments
Desired Skill Sets
Must have complete understanding of United Payment Interface product, associated guidelines, implementation approach and the latest industry trends
Staying abreast with the frequently changing financial ecosystem, ability to interpret guidelines and conduct/ensure implementation is a basic requirement for the role
Hands on experience & in depth knowledge of UPI as a product – both on acquiring & issuance side is a must; broad level knowledge about other new age payment systems like PoS/PG, Bharat QR, AEPS/AadharPay, etc. shall be added advantage
Prior experience in interacting and coordinating with NPCI, vendors, Fintechs and UPI partners for various exercises – onboarding, change implementation etc.
Must be able to decipher and create actionable basis UPI guidelines from NPCI
Must be able to write BRDs / PRDs and own the solution implementation from end to end
Ability to collaborate with cross functional teams – i.e. technical, Ops, implementation and IT teams to evaluate existing / future requirements and changes pertaining to UPI
Well versed with NPCI & RBI regulations and jargons
Proficiency in MS Excel & PowerPoint
Should have clear understanding of accounting entries pertaining to fund reconciliation & settlements
Job Summary
Will own & manage all UPI product initiatives and lead business requirements on enhancing product penetration
Actively handle any production issues / outages which impact the UPI functionality
End to End product management from analysis of business requirement, documentation of requirement, business evaluation keeping in view cost estimations versus business justification, process documentation, process review, ensuring regulatory compliance, and risk analysis & implementation /rollout planning and execution including end user training / communications
Defines project requirements and objectives and publishes project status; monitoring milestone completion, tracking all phases of the project product/service lifecycle, providing timely reporting of issues that impact project progress, coordinating between various implementation/delivery teams and resolving conflicts
Review, analyze, and create detailed documentation of business systems and user needs, including BRDs, workflows, content for promotional campaigns etc.
Prepare business cases and supporting documents for decision on process finalization, cost approvals and product launches
Conduct project meetings with clients, internal teams and stakeholder and management to review project deliverables and deadlines
Own assigned project from original concept through final implementation
Review use cases and other process documentation with delivery/IT teams to ensure business Prepare routine reports (financial, quality, production, customer service, operational efficiency, market share, etc.) relating to specific products
Actively lead development of training material and process maps for all the change requests
To own & drive overall product success and numbers
Essential requirement: 4 – 7 Years of experience in UPI Product implementation
