Our mission is to represent Accenture across all services, industries, and markets, engaging and delivering services both externally to the advisory community & internally to our sales teams to increase our pipeline & improve win rate on opportunities where the advisory community are engaged. You stay ahead of technology trends and enjoy leveraging social media platforms such as Linked-In and Twitter to connect and collaborate with business colleagues. The work: The Global Advisor Relations team builds and enhances relationships between Accenture and third-party sourcing advisors. They engage with the advisors to position Accenture as a trusted service provider and thought leader, leveraging subject matter experts and sales leadership to support requests. As a member of the sales organization, team members are aligned to supporting our senior-most leadership with pipeline and revenue generation. You will: •Manage targeted sourcing advisors in one or more given countries under the guidance of the Advisor Relations Lead for the market. •Coordinate sourcing advisor briefings and workshops to educate them on Accenture capabilities and differentiation. •Connect Accenture sales teams with sourcing advisors and provide related deal coaching. •Recommend appropriate sourcing advisors to clients looking for a market perspective on a sole-sourced deal. •Create materials and training to build the Advisor Relations capability across Accenture. •Advocate for the advisory community to key Accenture business and sales leaders. •Develop and own the execution of the social media strategy for the Advisor Relations Team. •Support the execution of advisor-led activities and events. Here is what you need: •Undergraduate degree or equivalent •A minimum of 10 years of experience doing similar/related work •English language proficiency at Advanced or Mastery level •Executive presence and successful record of advising senior leadership and managing stakeholder relationships Extra credit if you have: •An MBA or similar master’s degree You may also need: •Flexibility to adjust work hours according to business needs (e.g., for virtual meetings with team members in other time zones) •A home office or work area that is suitable for productive remote work, per local guidelines; this includes a safe, ergonomic workspace and a high-speed internet connection that is stable and secure •May be occasionally required to travel domestically or internationally •Nothing in this job description restricts management's right to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities at any time.
