Senior Business Analyst - Credit Risk If you want to tackle hard and interesting problems at scale and create an impact within an entrepreneurial environment, this is the place for you.

Responsibilities : - Developing and monitoring credit policy design and BRE implementation to achieve Risk /ECL (Expected Credit Loss) benchmarks.

- Drive strategy and decision-making for Risk Management.

- Help improve data collection, data coverage, and visibility for driving deeper insights into relevant metrics.

- Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure relevant KPI Definition (Early & Lagged) and reporting of credit risk performance.

- Actively engage with Decision science team members and provide inputs/insights to improve Risk Selection (App Scorecard) and Collection Behavioural models.

- Enable senior leadership decision-making by streamlining the measurement of KPIs, identifying key drivers by building causal models, and communicating key metrics and business trends to leadership teams.

Mentor junior business and data analysts.

Requirements : - 2 years of experience in Analytics.

- Prior 1 years of experience in credit risk analytics is mandatory.

Technical capabilities : - Proficient in SQL, and Excel.

- Strong working experience with BI tools (Tableau, Qlikview, Power BI, Cognos, BO, Pentaho, etc.

).

- Strong understanding of statistics and experience with statistical analysis.

- Strong quantitative abilities, distinctive problem-solving, and excellent analysis skills.

- Strong organizational, communication, presentation, and project management skills.

- Background in statistical modeling and experience with statistical/scripting tools such as R, Python, Spark, SAS, or SPSS is a plus.
